Southwestern Beef And Pasta Casserole...Tasty!

This recipe is not only hearty, but easy to make in only a few minutes.
Ingredients:
1 pound of mini Penne Pasta
1Pound Of Ground Beef
1 Teaspoon Of Dried Italian Seasoning
1/2 Teaspoon Of Salt
1 Jar Of Salsa
1 Jar Alfredo Sauce
4 Eggs
8 Ounces Of Mexican Style Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Tablespoon of Chopped Parsley
Pre Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook off pasta and drain off water. get a 9 inch spring pan and coat it with cooking spray. In a frying pan cook the beef, salt, and Italian seasoning until beef is golden brown. Drain off fat from pan and stir in the salsa, and remove from the heat. In a bowl mix your Alfredo Sauce, 4 eggs, and cheese together. Mix your Aifredo mixture in with your beef.
Layer the bottom of your pan with 1/2 of your pasta. On top of that apply all of your beef/Aifredo mixture, and smooth out evenly with a spatula. Then top off your casserole with the remaining pasta, and sprinkle the parsley over the top. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees and you've got a meal your family will cheer about.
